FAQ

• US orders: Mainland standard delivery costs $10 or is free when you spend $60 or more. Standard shipping delivers in 4-7 days within continental US. For Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and Canada, delivery costs $50, please allow 5 to 10 working days from when your order was placed. We consider our carbon footprint when choosing shipping methods and our delivery lead times reflect this.

 

•  We hope that you fall in love with your Kai Well Being products - but, in case you're not convinced, and you'd like to return your product, we would be happy to refund you or exchange for another item. Please email our team with your name, order number, and reason for return within 30 days of your order being placed. 

 

•  We're sorry that, unless a shipping error was made by Kai Well Being, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs. To discuss your order with our team, please contact Orders@kailwellbeing.com 
  

 

• If your item is damaged, please include a photograph of the damage in your email. The product will need to be returned to the warehouse for quality assurance purposes. We will provide a returns label and request that items are shipped back to our warehouse unopened where possible for hygiene purposes.

 

•  Other items will be judged on a case-by-case basis. All returns will be processed and refunded in a maximum of 5 working days following receipt of the product at our warehouse.
